Sleeping Bag & Hiking Mattress & Light Groundsheet
A Walking Stick will be your friend!
A Headlamp (and spare batteries)
Hat, Sunglasses & Sun protection
Waterbottles (2 liters minimum) and water purification tablets
Small First Aid Kit
Hiking & Rafting Clothes
Light but warm jacket
Quick-dry Towel
Light and basic Toiletries (Biodegradable!)
Small hiking stove & small pot (with an extra gas connection)
Light hiking cutlery, bowl, and cup
Waterproof bag for Phones & Cameras
We prepare all your meals, but you will have to carry it on your own.The weight of your bag mustn't be heavier than 20% of your body weight.
