What to Pack For the 8-Day Hiking Trail:

Good Quality Backpack (65-85 litres depending on your size)

Good Quality Hiking Shoes
Sleeping Bag & Hiking Mattress & Light Groundsheet
A Walking Stick will be your friend!
A Headlamp (and spare batteries)
Hat, Sunglasses & Sun protection
Waterbottles (2 liters minimum) and water purification tablets
Small First Aid (For Blisters Mostly)
One 1x pants | 1x shirt | 1x Socks in your bag (and a second pair of each to wear)
Light but warm jacket
Quick-dry Towel
Light and basic Toiletries (Biodegradable!)
Small hiking stove & small pot (with an extra gas connection)
Light hiking cutlery, bowl, and cup

We prepare all your meals, but you will have to carry your own
The weight of your bag mustn't be heavier than 20% of your body weight
